John Abercrombie Trio

One of the longest-running fixtures on the ECM label roster, guitarist John Abercrombie has been peddling his distinctive fusion and post-bop axe work for over 40 years now. His latest trip to Tokyo coincides with the release of a new quartet album, Within a Song, though Abercrombie will be playing in a different setting here – as a trio with organist Gary Versace and drummer Adam Nussbaum.
