Komamo '16

Now an integral part of the University of Tokyo's annual autumn festival at the Komaba campus, this student-run, free music bash is always impeccably organised and serves as a great introduction to the city's electronic indie scene. This year's edition features the likes of UK techno scholar Ian O'Brien, Future Terror veteran Kabuto, Kompakt's Kaito aka Hiroshi Watanabe, alt-hip hop trio Threepee Boys, beat craftsman Budamunk and DJ princess Licaxxx. Oh, did we mention it's free?
