Little Wings

California-based illustrator and troubadour Kyle Fields took part in the first tour that 7 e.p. organised back in 2003, so it's only fitting that he'd be returning for the indie label's 10th anniversary celebrations. As Little Wings, Fields – together with a rotating cast of support musicians – crafts a hushed, slightly bummed-out Americana that recalls Phil Elverum and Will Oldham. The final date of his latest trip to Japan boasts support from inventive indie bands Cero and Alfred Beach Sandal, both of whom promise to be rather more in-your-face than the headliner himself.
