Mani Neumeier

A veteran of '70s krautrockers Guru Guru, drummer Mani Neumeier is well into his seventies but can still maintain a mean beat. His ongoing Japan tour now stops by Koenji's UFO Club, a regular hideout for Tokyo's stranger psychedelic, indie and punk bands, where the backup will be provided by a real all-star cast: jazz saxophonist Akira Sakata, avant-garde noise icon Keiji Haino, and Daisuke Fuwa from the Shibusashirazu Orchestra.
