Time Out says

Arch theorist and microhouse progenitor Matthew Herbert is still perhaps best remembered for Bodily Functions, his 2001 album based around sounds generated by manipulating hair, skin and internal organs. He's since sculpted an entire album from audio recorded during a single night at a German club (last year's One Club), but his latest is perhaps the most inspired concept to date. One Pig uses samples recorded during the life of a lowly hog, from birth to death to dinner plate. PETA condemned it as 'cruelty as entertainment' before they'd even heard the album, but Herbert had the last word on that subject. Find out what all the fuss was about at this swinish soiree, which will revolve around tracks from the new album.
