Meteo Night 2012

Time Out says

Call it the anti Rock in Japan. Meteo Night takes place on the same day as the ultra-commercial J-rock fest up in Ibaraki, but that's where the similarities end. Organised by indie label Less Than TV, this one-day gig sprawls across four floors of the Shibuya O complex (with 7th Floor now included in the action), and peddles a diet of scrappy, occasionally brutal music that's unlikely ever to get within spitting distance of the pop charts. The lineup this year ranges from veteran hip hopper ECD + Illicit Tsuboi to pulverising post-hardcore act Tiala, with out-of-town visitors including Nagoya's Nice View and 6eyes, Osaka's Gezan and Taiwan's Touming Magazine. Be warned that previous events have been crowded and seriously sweaty affairs – you might want to bring a towel.
