Three acts with a cult following in the underground scene are heading to Ochiai's Soup for a little menage-à-trois. Up on stage you'll find Hawaii-born, Colorado-based Korean-American singer-songwriter Bloom-Creation, the genre-busting unit that is Maher Shalal Hash Baz, and the legendary noise group Incapacitants, led by T.
