Together with sister venue Wall over in Hatsudai, it's one of Tokyo's go-to places for hardcore kids and headbangers alike. Moon Step also has a no-frills 'pub' area that's open to the general public, and sells Guinness and Kilkenny for the – by Tokyo standards – reasonable price of 800 yen a pint.
