Moteki Night 3

Expectations are high for the big-screen adaptation of Moteki, a late-night TV drama that sent the nation into paroxysms of shock over the fact that it was actually any good. The film's protagonist, Yukiyo Fujimoto, is due to make an appearance (though we're presuming this means Mirai Moriyama, the actor who plays him) alongside a schizophrenic selection of bands. Alt. rock veterans Eastern Youth, James Brown devotees Zainichi Funk and glam rockers Ziyoou-Vachi are just a few of the acts due to appear, all of them in succinct half-hour slots that should stop anyone outstaying their welcome.
