Jamie Saft likes to play. That’s about the only accurate generalisation you could make concerning the super-eclectic keyboardist, who now brings his lush, exquisitely chill act to WWW as frontman of the eclectic New Zion Trio. Also featuring bassist Brad Jones and Ben Perowsky on drums, the trio is further reinforced by the addition of Brazilian percussionist Cyro Baptista for this Japan tour, which will also see them visit Kumamoto. Expect plenty of genre-crossing from this brilliant reggae-jazz-folk outfit, which brought us lauded 2016 album Sunshine Seas.
