Time Out says

The Liberal Democratic Party's recent election landslide may seem to have dealt a fatal blow to the anti-nuclear movement in Japan, but apparently they aren't going down without a fight. Ryuichi Sakamoto's No Nukes music festival will be returning this spring – just in time for the second anniversary of the Tohoku disaster – for two days of anti-radiation rock. Much like the 2012 event, the lineup veers from mainstream guitar bands to more chin-stroking improv sessions, with Sakamoto and his YMO bandmates popping up a few times over the course of the weekend. Here's the complete lineup; see the official website for a timetable.

March 9: Acidman, Afra, Art-School. Asian Kung-Fu Generation, The Beatniks, Haruomi Hosono, Marewrew + Oki, Ryuichi Sakamoto + Yoshihide Otomo + Sachiko-M + Asa-Chang
March 10: Ichiko Aoba + Ryuichi Sakamoto + Keigo Oyamada + Asa-Chang, Avengers in Sci-Fi, 9mm Parabellum Bullet, Nisennenmondai, Yasuyuki Okamura, Open Reel Ensemble + Mitsuo Shindo, Kazuyoshi Saito, Ryuichi Sakamoto + Afra featuring Chitose Hajime & Seiko Ito
