Adam Young was a poster child for the internet revolution, building up a following on MySpace and releasing his music through CDBaby before he finally netted the major label deal and quadruple-platinum single. Okay, few musicians can expect to rival the success of Owl City's best-known hit, 'Fireflies' – least of all Young himself, who's barely even grazed the singles charts since then. Not that he hasn't tried: new album All Things Bright and Beautiful brims with songs that are every bit as ingratiating as anything this electronica-pop songwriter has made to date.
