Radical Music Network 2012

Each year, local promoter Japonicus snags a few of the globe-trotting acts playing at Fuji Rock Festival for a Tokyo event of its own. The latest Radical Music Network joins the dots between Argentinian rocksteady singer Mimi Maura, Barcelona-based mestizo band Che Sudaka and DJ Scratchy, the veteran UK spinner who used to play at punk gigs in the late '70s. They're joined by an impressive complement of local acts who've copped their moves from the 'world music' section, among them Cool Wise Man, EKD, Copa Salvo and Rojo Regalo.
