After going all David Guetta on us in 2012, this ostensibly urban-centric music fest appears to be righting the balance in 2013. Hitting Makuhari Messe the day before moshfest Punkspring 2013, the latest Springroove will be headlined by ice-cool R&B singer Ne-Yo, with long-running dancehall group T.O.K. and K-pop stars Shinee in support.
