French yé-yé singer Sylvie Vartan, whose doll-like blonde beauty and rough-edged voice helped bring pop-rock music to France in the 1960s, returned to the concert stage a few years ago after a long absence. This month she brings her considerable Gallic charm to Billboard Live.
