Techno Udon

If noodle making was always this much fun, we might do it more often. Asakusabashi's Tensai Sansujuku is dragging the kitchen onto the dancefloor at this unorthodox party, where revellers can knead udon with their feet while busting moves to techno tunes. Assuming all goes to plan (and we're guessing things might get messy), they'll be making batches of thick wheat noodles from 7am. Just don't try breakdancing or anything, yeah?
