First performed in Osaka late last year and premiered in Tokyo in March, tireless experimentalist Koshiro Hino's Virginal Variations project – a 'hybrid ensemble' composed of a whopping 20 players – heads the bill at the latest edition of this long-running party dedicated to journeys beyond the established borders of music. Further highlights should come from former Emeralds member John Elliott, Ex-Boredoms guitarist Seiichi Yamamoto and DJs Compuma, Hakobune and Chris SSG.
