One of the top DJs in the Israeli electronic music scene, Shlomi Aber is making his Japan debut at Alive Tokyo on April 19. Aber has received wide acclaim since the release of albums ‘Cocoon Recordings’, ‘Bpitch Control’ and ‘Drumcode’. Nominated for a ‘DJ Award’, the highest prize in the dance music industry, he is also representing Israel as the producer of the top label ‘Be As One Imprint’.
Joining him as the other headliner is the Austrian-born Electric Indigo. After making her mark on Berlin’s techno scene in the early 90s, she continues to shape the scene, culminating in her receiving the Outstanding Artist Award from the Austrian government in 2012. Her subtle yet elaborate sounds will surely make for an interesting complement to Shlomi Aber’s new-age avant-garde set.
