Dekmantel

Amsterdam’s Dekmantel Festival, an energetic celebration of all things electronic music, has evolved into a real industry powerhouse over the past few years. Now also running a label and the spin-off Dekmantel Selectors event, the Dutch impresarios return to Japan for this two-night bonanza at Contact. On Friday, Thomas Martojo and Casper Tielrooij – aka Dekmantel Soundsystem – will be joined in the booth by the Berlin-based Matias Aguayo and British Detroit house producer Palms Trax, while Saturday sees appearances by ever-reliable Labyrinth resident Peter Van Hoesen, industrial-influenced raw techno supplier Randomer and Tokyo's own Akiko Kiyama.
