Tokyo scene ever-present DJ Nobu brings back his Nuit Noire party with an edition that's set to depart wildly from this house veteran's usual repertoire: Providence, RI-based White Material founder DJ Richard joins on the decks, and is sure to deliver quite a whammy of subtle, ambient-tinged techno inspired by but not fully giving in to noise, hardcore and drone sounds. An equally memorable performance can be expected from Koshiro Hino's avantgarde four-piece Goat, who play mind-numbingly technical experimental rock that sounds almost like minimal techno.
