This special New Year collaboration dinner brings together Chef Yamaguchi of The Tavern – Grill & Lounge and Chef Nakamura from The Sushi for a unique Japanese-Western feast. Dine on seasonal yellowtail carpaccio served with yuzu pepper sauce from The Sushi, while the Western menu includes a trio of premium grilled meats including snow-aged beef, Iwate duck breast and deer loin. Your meal will be accompanied by live music courtesy of Andaz Tokyo's resident musicians performing a mix of classic philharmonic and contemporary jazz pieces.
