Brozers' Ginza

Time Out says

The decadent burger offerings from Ningyocho's Brozers' are also available at their newish location in Ginza’s Shintomicho. The deep, commendable menu has an Aussie touch to it, reflecting the owner's past experiences Down Under. Attractions include firm 11cm buns, 100% beef patties (very juicy!), and nicely folded fresh lettuce on top. Go with the Lot Burger (¥1,500) for the full monty, including lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese, egg and pineapple – a heavenly harmony of fresh bread, sweet fruit, savoury bacon, and a salt and pepper-spiced patty. In addition to their signature BBQ sauce, visitors can also choose from teriyaki, red-hot chili and sweet chili sauces, which means you’ll have to make four visits in order to fully appreciate everything on offer. The lunch crowd tends to include happy customers from nearby offices and condos. Take-out available.
