The Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel is going all out this Halloween with a ghoulish afternoon tea available throughout the month of October. Enjoy light bites including a bamboo charcoal mini burger, snow crab and avocado mousse, and olive and salami skewers. A mushroom and bacon quiche will also be served alongside plain and fig-flavoured scones. Don't miss the desserts, which feature a decadent gateau chocolat, chestnut mont blanc, pumpkin cake, kyoho grape jelly, and an orange macaron.
