Eggs 'n Things Harajuku always pulls out all the stops for their anniversary, and this year is no different. Their eighth anniversary menu features a Sakura & Fresh Fruit Pancakes, which are sold throughout March. Fruit-topped pancakes surround a tower of slightly pink-coloured whipped cream, garnished with sakura sauce and with vanilla ice cream hidden underneath it all.
