Time Out says

Fukuoka’s Hakata ward is popular for this fresh seafood and sake bar, and now it moved over to Tokyo to serve its exquisite seafood dishes to east Japan's foodies as well. Besides their heavenly sashimi plates, you can snack on a total of 17 different daily-changing dishes, such as Hakata-style mentai (walleye pollack)-filled omelettes, soy marinated fresh clams, and slightly boiled octopus (all the fresh seafood is directly shipped over from Hakata). Your plates are best paired with the offered sake from Kyushu – Japan’s southwesternmost main island – such as Tanaka Rokujugo or Hananoka.
