Time Out says

Noodles are a dish best served cold, especially in the suffocating heat of Tokyo's summer. Head over to the New Otani's Chinese restaurant, Taikan-en, at lunchtime and take your pick of three special dishes available until the end of August. In addition to the Gomoku Reimen (¥3,000), which is noodles with char siu pork, shrimp, crab, steamed conger eel and vegetables, you can go for some spicy Black Dandan noodles (¥3,500) or opt for the seafood-heavy Kaisen Ankake Reimen (also ¥3,500).
