Time Out says

If you swear by a high-protein diet, don’t go a day without doing a few squats, or just enjoy healthy eating, then this ‘muscle restaurant’ needs to be on your must-visit list. The owner used to be a personal trainer at Total Workout and decided to open the restaurant to inspire people to care more about what they put into their bodies. He has compiled a menu featuring foods that not only help to build muscle, but are good for your health too: choose from an assortment of low-fat, low-sugar, low-calorie, high-protein dishes, mostly chicken-based and all served with a protein shake shot. He’ll also happily serve up advice on how to properly maintain your physique and fitness levels.

The lunch menu is divided into four sections: ‘diet’, ‘power up’, ‘everyday’, and a ‘mix steak lunch’ which includes two kinds of protein. While chicken is a popular option, you can also find a range of lean beef steak, hamburgs and even salmon steak, too. Each dish lists its nutritional content so you can see how many calories and grams of protein, fat and sugar you’ll be consuming. You’ll get your choice of white rice, brown rice or cabbage, and a soup to go with it.

In addition to sizzling, fresh-off-the-grill chicken thigh and breast, the dinner menu also offers more premium cuts of meat including akagyu beef from Kumamoto prefecture, ribeye roll and swordfish. If you want to try a little bit of everything, opt for a multicourse meal which comes with seven or ten dishes, plus a two-and-a-half-hour all-you-can-drink deal.
