Time Out says

Fukuoka's French toast specialists Ivorish have been offering cold versions of their signature treat every summer since 2015, and this year is no exception. Head to their Shibuya outpost to try the 'Let it cool', a tossed salad-like dish with mango, kiwi, strawberries, fruit jelly and ice cream covering the main attraction – all served in a bowl chilled in dry ice before serving. It's available until the end of August, so best head over sooner rather than later.
