Shibuya's already budget-priced Napoli's Pizza & Caffe is celebrating four years in business with an offer that should get every boozehound's juices flowing. Between 11am and 6pm from Friday to Sunday, draft beers go for a laughable ¥44 – as long as you order at least one regular-sized pizza per person. There'll be a little something for sweets lovers, too: ¥150 for a Sicilian-style cannoli is an almost dangerously attractive price.
