Tokyo has an abundance of Michelin-starred restaurants, and it’s about to add another to its extensive list, even though it’s just a temporary one. For just four days, Hilton Tokyo’s signature restaurant Metropolitan Grill will be hosting a pop-up by Nancy Silverton, the chef behind the highly-acclaimed, Los Angeles-based, one-Michelin-starred Italian restaurant Osteria Mozza.
Osteria Mozza has received worldwide recognition thanks to its renowned chef and co-owner Nancy Silverton. Silverton has had an impactful career in the food and dining industry. Aside from clinching the ‘Outstanding Chef’ title by the James Beard Foundation in 2014, she has racked up many other honourable achievements, including being listed as one of the 'Most Innovative Women in Food & Drink' by Fortune and Food and Wine magazines.
This exclusive dining event is Silverton's first pop-up in Japan. She’s bringing her culinary team along to Tokyo to showcase her innovative Italian-inspired cuisine using a mix of both local and imported produce. You’ll definitely get to taste some of Silverton's signature dishes from Osteria Mozza, including Nancy's Caesar and Ricotta & Egg Raviolo.
