Oyster season is coming to a close at most Tokyo restaurants, but the folks at casual Italian chain Ostrea are only getting started: from early April to late May, they'll be serving up spring-specific varieties of these fresh and slimy delicacies, including Sakura-Kaki from Miyagi and Haru-Kaki from Ishikawa. These goodies are of course best combined with cherry blossom-themed rosé wine, of which a wide range of choices will be available.
