Riviera Christma

Saryo Riviera Garden is serving a French Christmas dinner course made using traditional Japanese cooking methods. It features a slow cooked, roasted black wagyu beef fillet with three different sauces, along with bite-size dishes including a pumpkin mousse, orange braised duck, salmon flower roll, octopus with red vinegar and roasted anchovy brussel sprouts. You’ll also get a spinach pottage with a wagyu beef bruschetta, seafood ceviche, miso marinated fish wrapped in filo pastry, five grain rice risotto and even a delicious Italian mascarpone tiramisu for dessert.
