An exciting food and fashion collab is coming to Tokyo over the Christmas holidays as Sacai has teamed up with Ghetto Gastro, Nike, Blue Bottle Coffee and Rocky’s Matcha for some special menu items.
The menu will be available from December 24 to 30 at Tokyo Burnside, where you can order four types of gluten-free waffles shaped as a shoe sole with Nike’s iconic swoosh. There are both sweet and savoury waffles available including waffles served with fried chicken and others topped with strawberry and chocolate. Sweet waffles are served with ice cream courtesy of Harlow Ice Cream and you can also order drinks provided by Blue Bottle Coffee. Do note that the restaurant only accepts walk-ins, no reservations will be taken.
There’ll also be a special two-day takeout pop-up from December 24 to 25 at Jingumae StandBy, where there will be a limit of 200 waffles per day available for takeaway. Special Sacai collab items will also be available for purchase including tote bags and t-shirts.
