Time Out says

Naoko Takeuchi's teenage girl-turned-legendary warrior story is credited with reviving the fortunes of an entire manga genre and has continued to inspire new generations of fans – many of them not even born when the original Sailor Moon series came to an end in 1997. This year marks 25 years since the manga first came out, and as is to be expected, all sorts of Sailor Moon-themed fun has been rolled out – including this pop-up café in Omotesando, where you can enjoy everything from star and moon-studded dessert options to sodas in colours representing your favourite characters. There will also be some limited-edition merchandise on sale. Visiting, however, is a bit more complex than just walking through the door: you’ll have to make a reservation through their website (in Japanese).
