Time Out says

After November and December's French breakfast, the next morning offering at Gaienmae's World Breakfast Allday comes from the 'food island' of Taiwan. Drawing on a vibrant culinary culture where indigenous, Chinese, Japanese, American and European influences are mixed into a mouth-watering chorus of tastes, Taiwanese morning meals come in all kinds of forms, but the Taiwan Breakfast Plate (¥1,620) served here combines three familiar favourites into one high-powered meal. Taste xian dou jiang soy milk soup, dan bing egg pancake and onigiri-like fan tuan rice rolls, best accompanied by some mi jiang rice milk and douhua tofu pudding. As always, the morning meal is served from 7.30am to 8pm, making this one perfect for Tokyoites with irregular schedules.
