Time Out says

As part of Park Hyatt Tokyo's new The Masters of Arts event series, Kenichiro Ooe, head chef of the hotel's Kozue restaurant, is teaming up with famed calligrapher Suito Nakatsuka to create a limited-edition summer menu. The light, seasonal dishes, including conger eel, abalone and summer veggies, are all presented on immaculately crafted Karatsu-yaki pottery and Arita-yaki porcelain hand-painted by Nakatsuka. Known for her work on logos, including ones made for UNESCO, Nakatsuka was presented the Medaille D'Or (Gold Award) by France's Societé Nationale des Beaux-Arts in 2016. Paired with Ooe's delicate dishes, her creations are set to shine as part of what is sure to be a very refined experience. If that isn't art on a plate, we don't know what is. Lunch starts from ¥7,500, while dinner will cost you at least ¥13,000 (plus tax and service).
