If you long for the days of neighbourly friendship, then this event is for you. Tokyo Picnic is exactly as it sounds. The mega picnic will be held in Tachikawa, and the basic idea is to get people together for eating, drinking, chatting, socialising – all those social things that folk used to do before they plugged themselves into a digital world.
