Galette Stand Pop-Up

Stop for a French-style snack on the third basement floor of Shibuya's Hikarie, where Ebisu eatery Galette Stand sets up this pop-up during the first half of March. Their thin buckwheat galettes come in a wide variety of combinations, including the limited-edition Strawberry and Mascarpone Wrap Galette (¥650), available only here. Make sure to not leave your sweets-hunting to the last minute, though – this one closes as soon as stock runs out.
