Famous Parisian chocolaterie Alain Ducasse opened its first overseas branch in Tokyo’s Nihonbashi area in late March. In the glass salon, placed on the mezzanine floor, you can try some of their Japan-only desserts and their specialty ‘bon bon chocolat’, made from rich couverture chocolate. While enjoying the sweet treats, you can also observe the full chocolate-making process through their large windows.
