Celiacs can rejoice again – this new doughnut shop near Omotesando is gluten-free. They use rice flour from Kumamoto to create very fluffy rings that are literally baked right in front of you and are almost mochi-like in texture. The eggs added in to the batter make for a rich sweetness, so be sure to try one while they're hot.
