As always, Pâtisserie Sadaharu Aoki Paris’ is back with their limited-edition sakura sweets for spring. You can choose between the Éclair Sakura, filled with a sweet-sour sakura custard cream, and the Macaron Sakura, made from a dough using Spanish almonds and cherry blossom paste. Both pastries will be on sale from March 21 until the last leaf has fallen from the cherry blossom trees (i.e., no official end date specified – get your hands on them while you can). Four branches in Tokyo sell these goodies.
