Over 200 clothing stores in the Shibuya-Jinnan area get together for this event, organised in conjunction with the March edition of Tokyo Fashion Week. Teenage model Mona Matsuoka, who's expected to become Japan's next global supermodel, is the face of this one-day promotion that includes parties, workshops and sales of limited-edition items at discounted prices. Even Hachiko, Shibuya's symbol, will be dressed up at some point during the day.
