Time Out says

Top restaurants from all over Japan converge on Shinjuku's Takashimaya for the first week of April, as this 'collection' takes over the department store's eleventh floor. To name some of the delicacies on offer, nearby sushi joint Tatsuhiro will be contributing a special chirashi bowl (¥2,800), while grilled Hiroshima oysters of the finest varieties will be available from ¥480. Still, the most enticing dish just might be the Crispy Spicy (¥1,944), a six-piece fried gyoza set prepared by Paradise Yamamoto of Mamgyoen fame.
