Zodiac Cake: Happy Monkey

2016 is the Year of the Monkey, and Tokyo's army of patissiers is wasting no time in creating super-cutesy sweets themed on the zodiac animal. This one comes courtesy of the chefs at Tokyo Kaikan and consists of condensed-milk mousse and strawberry mousse covered with chocolate and icing for a decadent finish.
