American Express International’s new pop-up store Amex Summer Suppli is in Omotesando for a limited period. Here you’ll be given a simple survey to determine your mood for the day, and then offered three items based on that mood: a drink, a music recommendation, plus an Omotesando area guide. There are a total of six mood types, ranging from ‘exciting’ and ‘romantic’ to ‘chill’ and more.
Served in an adorable container, the store’s original drinks feature inventive flavour combinations, including blueberry yogurt with spices, and hojicha milk tea with almond jelly. The area guide, on the other hand, was created in collaboration with Time Out Tokyo; it highlights Omotesando’s newest and lesser-known points of interest. Music is curated by Morley Robertson, M-Flo’s Taku Takahashi and other esteemed industry personalities.
