Time Out says

For this exhibition, Kanda Shrine is filled with artistic light sculptures and installations created by more than 35 of the country’s leading artists. Expect larger-than-life lantern floats similar to those used in Nebuta Matsuri, interactive pieces that move with speech recognition, and a section that tells the legendary story of Kira Yoshinaka. Make sure you check out all seven rooms, especially the Hyakki Yago (meaning ‘Night Parade of One Hundred Demons’), which is decorated with beautiful cut-out ghoul lanterns created by a host of Japanese craftsmen including paper-cutting artist Teppei Hayakawa and painter Hiroyuki Mitsuo who specialises in ghoul subjects.
