Time Out says

While a lot of the free fests that get held in Yoyogi Park over the summer have to make do with whatever expat musicians they can lay their hands on, this weekend's Indonesia Festival boasts a genuinely big name, in the form of rock'n'roll group The Changcuters. The group are headlining on both days, while crooner Rio Febrian will be proving that Indonesian pop music can be every bit as mawkish as its Japanese counterpart. There'll also be Balinese dance and performances by students from the prestigious ISI Padangpanjang arts college, plus a range of stores hawking food, handicrafts and the ubiquitous Bintang Beer.
