Time Out says

Radio station J-Wave is hosting a music festival at Yoyogi National Gymnasium in September, along with a massive outdoor market where you can shop for ethically sourced goods and enjoy street food. The main concert features popular Japanese bands like Gesu No Kiwami Otome, Asian Kung-Fu Generation, Creepy Nuts, Man With A Mission, Mongol800, Kandytown, Nulbarich, Okamoto’s and many more over the three-day weekend.

While you’ll need a ticket for the live shows, the outdoor market is open to the public. Craft Sake Weekend is happening next door at the same time, so you get to kill two birds with one stone.
