Try lamb imported from farms in Australia, New Zealand, Iceland and Wales at this festival in Nakano. A total of 13 different restaurants will be showcasing their best lamb dishes, ranging from classic lamb chops to lamb yakiniku.
You’ll be able to compare the flavour of lamb from different origins and browse seasonings to use in your own kitchen. There will also be workshops, lectures and book stalls, all related to lamb, to further deepen your knowledge over the course of this two-day festival.
