The rooftop barbecue offered at PlusTokyo has an Asian twist to it this year. In addition to the generous slabs of beef, pork, chicken, spare ribs and sausages you will be cooking on the grill, it comes with nachos, spring rolls, a saba (blue mackerel) sandwich, plus a pineapple boat fruit platter for dessert, all for ¥7,700. You can also replace the pineapple boat with a takoyaki set (¥6,600) and get a small mango parfait on the side instead.
And if that’s too much food for you, you can always downgrade it to a simple barbecue set, which gets you a meat platter, veggies, tortillas and a saba sandwich (¥4,980). All courses come with up to three hours of all-you-can drink booze, including a list of special fruit sours which come in flavours like lemonade, kiwi, mixed berry, grape litchi, orange honey and more.
